Step 1: Begin with a consultation to discuss pricing and your objectives (30-60 minutes via video call). We'll assess whether OUR SERVICES align with your needs.

Step 2: Complete your lab work at a lab of your choice, followed by a one-on-one review of your results with the provider. We’ll talk about moving forward with treatment and creating a care plan tailored to your lab results and personal goals (30-45 minutes via video call). Lab tests can be significantly discounted for cash payments or billed through your insurance. If you've had lab work done with your doctor in the past three months, those results can be used instead.

Step 3:  Begin your treatment regimen with medications or supplements as recommended. You’ll then have monthly check-ins to discuss your progress, address any concerns, and ask questions (15 minutes via video call).​
